I first hired the ocd way to design and organize a condo of mine that I was converting from my office into a short term rental space. Over one year later, I have since hired them to tackle and convert four more short-term rental condos! They come in, inspect the property, put together a plan of attack, organize and pack anything and everything in the office, re-design the space for short-term rental use (and they call you if they have questions!…and poof it was done! Downsizing my mom and moving her out of my childhood home was a daunting task since she lives 1,400 miles away from me.
